Terms and conditions of standard reservations
The company Vyšehrad 2000, a.s. undertakes to send the offer to the client within 24 hours after receiving the accommodation order. The client will be asked to pay a deposit amounting to the price of accommodation for one night, and thus the client agrees with the reservation, price and business and cancellation conditions of the company. When making this payment, the client will state the booking number as a variable symbol. If this payment is not made by the date stated in the offer, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation policy of a standard reservation
Cancellations must be made in writing and takes effect on the day it was received and confirmed by Vyšehrad 2000, a.s. A deposit of one night's stay is non-refundable.
Refund, Complaints
All complaints must be submitted by the client during their stay in the Botanika premises, before the client leaves. Later claims will not be considered. Complaints will be settled in accordance with the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic. Vysehrad 2000, a.s. shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure.
Privacy and secure data transfer
In connection with the protection of Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Vysehrad 2000, a.s. guarantees that the client's personal information is considered strictly confidential and will never be sold, transferred to a third party or otherwise misused. All personal information is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purposes of Vyšehrad 2000, a.s. Data transmission between the client's computer and the server www.arealbotanika.cz is secured by SSL encryption. This prevents misuse of transmitted data.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation fee is less than the already paid deposit, the difference is returned to the client.

Groups (10 people and more)
It is allowed to reduce the number of people in the group to up to 10%, in the event of a greater reduction in booked guests the cancellation fee will be charged
up to 20 days prior to arrival free of charge
20 - 10 days before arrival cancellation fee 35% of the total amount
10 - 2 days before arrival cancellation fee 50% of the total amount
